Operation Yellow Brick Road 

A non profit that has built Partnerships with other businesses, such as barbershops, custom suit businesses  nail salons etc to help prepare individuals with developmental delays for the workplace and get them ready for success. Through David's literary works, he started to view them as a metaphoric yellow brick of his own for others to follow when they were ready.
